Tamarind Tofu and Fried Peppers over Polenta
Tofu pieces, mushrooms, and tri-colored peppers are fried over high heat in olive oil with sweet and sour tamarind, a little cardamom, almond flour, cumin, coriander, lime zest, garlic, and red and black pepper. This tantalizing meal is served with creamy yellow polenta.
