Sausage, White Beans and Kale with Romano Polenta
Homemade Feel Goodery pork sausage meatballs are tossed with sautéed kale, great northern white beans, crispy hickory smoked bacon bits and green scallion pieces with fresh chopped sage and olive oil, then served over a creamy base of polenta, stirred with pecorino romano cheese and black pepper.
