Provençal Beef over Polenta
Beautiful marbled roasts from Countryside Land and Cattle are marinated overnight in red wine and herbs, then seared with bacon and onions and slowly simmered in a sauce of red wine, stock, orange, garlic, a 5 fresh herb blend and carrots. This rich and flavorful stew is served with creamy parmesan yellow polenta.
