Pork Chop with Root Vegetables and Sauteéd Spiced Apples and Leeks
Roasted sweet potatoes, mixed color potatoes, celery root and rutabaga are seasoned and roasted then topped with a pan seared sage crusted center cut pork chop and a sauce with sliced apples, cinnamon, sugar, leeks, fennel, butter and warm spices. Fall is starting!
