Greek Gyro Dinner
An enticing mix of beef and lamb (and a little bit of bacon!) come together with minced garlic cloves, onion and fresh oregano to create a classic Greek gyro. Slices of gyro meat are easily reheated in a saute pan, then layered on a hand made flatbread with cucumber yogurt tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onions. It is served with a side of kale and apple slaw.
