Filled Turkish Gozleme
This fantastic Turkish street food is a new one for me, but it turned out amazing. The dough is made with yogurt, which gives it a creaminess and a little tart zing. It is rolled out thin, filled, folded over and seared on a hot flat grill to baked the filling right into the dough for a perfect easy to eat meal.
