Our hand made flaky pastry crust is folded over delicious fillings for a quick and easy to eat meal. Our flavors this week are:
-Pork, with peas, apple, carrot, and onion and gravy loaded with savory herbs and spices. This is the same filling we use for the pot pies, so it's definitely a winner!
-Zucchini, sweet potato, spinach and mushroom in a white wine and green garlic sauce
- Creamy chicken with bacon, onion, and spiced apricot. A fantastic combination I found as a British picnic pie with a few tweaks of my own and fresh apricots from Way Fruit Farm
