Light and flaky Mahi Mahi fillets are coated in a zesty housemade Creole spice mix before being pan-seared and served with parmesan aioli sauce, and a freshly harvested medley of summer vegetables including new potatoes, broccoli, onion, fennel, carrots and summer squash roasted with lemon and fresh herbs. Comes with french baguette crostini.
