Creole Chicken Over Spring Mix with Blue Cheese Dressing
Grilled chicken cutlets are sliced and tossed in creole seasoning and added to a mix of heirloom tomato (first of the season!), celery, and spring onions over a bed of baby spring mix greens. Served with a house made blue cheese and fresh herb dressing.
