Creole BBQ Ribs with Herb Roasted Vegetables and Parmesan Aioli Sauce
Babyback spare ribs are coated in a zesty housemade Creole spice mix before slow roasting until they are falling off the bone. Then they are grilled (or baked, your choice!) and basted with our cider vinegar BBQ sauce and served with parmesan aioli sauce and french baguette crostini. On the side are a freshly harvested medley of summer vegetables including new potatoes, broccoli, onion, fennel, carrots and summer squash roasted with lemon and fresh herbs.
