Corn and Chard Salad with Artichoke Hearts
A colorful medley of carrots, onions, sweet corn and artichoke hearts are sautéed with savory smoked bacon and bright rainbow swiss chard leaves, with a little mix of spices and fresh herbs. We recommend you heat this up for a warm salad or side, but it is not too shabby eaten cold either.
