Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

Sweet carrots from Plowshare produce are cooked with fresh cauliflower florets and yellow onions until they are soft and tender with a homemade toasted spice mix and fresh turmeric from Windswept Farm. The soup is blended into a smooth and silky texture with a little sesame tahini, fresh green herbs and minced garlic for a strong bright finish.

This soup is vegetarian. Available by the quart.
